We want our employees to be ambassadors for Rinnai and Employee Engagement surveys help ensure we are keeping on track. We use this survey to not only understand how our employees view the company progress but also to poll them for their view on specific initiatives that we are considering. Training needs and incentive rewards are two that have been polled recently.

We have to provide both online and paper-based questionnaires and Heartstone Limited contributes with their design, production and processing as well as post-survey analysis and presentation experience. We are pleased to have them as a supplier. We appreciate that we have had a long term relationship but have not had to commit to extended contracts.
