Collaboration is something that most companies seek to improve. By collaboration, we refer to the ability for different individuals to work together effectively, supporting one another and putting the goals of the entire organization before their own.
We know that people work most effectively when they can act naturally according to their own instincts. Some people have a natural ability to work in a collaborative way, in the spirit of partnering as part of a team, with shared objectives. Others feel more comfortable and feel greater achievement working on their own. Since we all have our differences the possibility for tension is always present, and a tense workplace both heightens individual stress and lowers individual and group productivity.

Our learning programme will typically include a conative and / or affective psychometric assessment and interactive exercises that are used to strengthen and illustrate the acceptance of the concepts of individuality and difference. Where our clients have already made investments in assessment tools we will incorporate these results in our collaboration learning.
