Pacific Hygiene has had a long relationship with Heartstone Limited, starting with The Kolbe Wisdom conative profiling. I particularly like the long term value that Kolbe brings to the business. Kolbe profiling is done at recruitment but continues to add value years later. Every staff member has a Kolbe A Index and this information is used in the establishment of teams and in planning for growth within the business. It has also helped us in understanding development needs for individual staff and the organisation as a whole.
